“We have been with Dr. Thai and Nurse Michele for over 5 years, and we really feel like they are a part of our family (with the amount of time we have spent in their office raising 2 boys).  My boys enjoy going to see Dr. Thai and Michele – which they shouldn’t because usually they are sick when they see them, but because of their genuine love for my children (kids in my opinion are the best judge of character); we all enjoy seeing Dr. Thai, Michele, as well as the entire staff.

I personally appreciate Dr. Thai’s office because they went through baby #1 with me and anyone who has their first baby knows how it can be.  I remember being in Dr. Thai’s office at my son’s first well-check exam and crying as my son was crying (my son had reflux so, he cried all the time) - we were all crying; Dr. Thai was very understanding and compassionate and most of all patient with me.  I remember thinking to myself, ‘Stop crying, get it together,’ and I just couldn’t.   Dr. Thai just listened and I thought, ‘This office has more understanding than my own doctor who I have seen for years.’  He even took the time later that day to call and check on me.  By the end of our visit, I was calm and left feeling much better.  I knew at that time, this was the office for me because I would probably have many more visits like this being a first time mom.

Unfortunately, shortly after I had my first son, we moved to Atlanta for 6 months and it was very hard to find a pediatrician that would compare to Dr. Thai. I went to 4 other pediatricians to be exact.  I couldn’t believe the difference between pediatricians, but there is a BIG difference between Dr. Thai’s office and in my opinion “other offices.” Just to name a couple of big differences between the offices that I found are that Dr. Thai and Michele both take the time to sit (you don’t feel like a number) with you and make you feel as though you are the only person they expected to see that day even if their waiting room looks like Chik-Fil-A’s play area at noon.  And someone returns my call every time I call them.

My boys are 3 and 5 now and we plan to stay with Dr. Thai.  There is so much I can say about this entire office – the staff is wonderful, the nurses are great and Dr. Thai and Michele are the best!!!!!
